Dr. Olumuyiwa Olusanya is a management, healthcare finance and insurance expert. He is a leader of innovation and change in Nigeria’s emerging healthcare Industry –with 15 years of top management experience in management,strategy, health insurance and hospital management. He is the MD/CEO of Health Partners HMO – a nationally accredited and leading health insurance company in Nigeria.
He is an alumnus of the prestigious College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, IESE Business School Barcelona, the Lagos Business School Executive-MBA program and and an executive scholar at the Barcelona School of Management International Health Economics and Pharmacoeconomics program.
He is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and a “Six Sigma Black Belt” trained professional. Dr. Olusanya is a member of the board of trustees of the- Institute for Healthcare Finance and Management (IHFM) and an honorary Fellow of the two prestigious institutes -Institute for Healthcare Finance and Management (IHFM) and the Institute for Health Insuranceand Managed Care of Nigeria (IHIMN) and an executive member of the Health and Managed Care Association of Nigeria(HMCAN)- the association of HMOs in Nigeria.He is married and blessed with three children.
