Our Vision.

A christian faith-based global group established by The Covenant Nation; designed to foster and cultivate meaningful and impactful relationships among people with common interests, vocations, similar life stages and experiences across generations.
This is done through peer mentoring, shared learnings and adoption of innovative technology to create networks and friendships that reach several generations with similar values and interests, promoting advancement, accountability and integration among members in various economic sectors. We seek to create a legacy of resilience, compassion, and shared achievement that enriches lives and empowers future generations in alignment with God's kingdom principles.

CCGs Value Proposition.

Impact to the Society
  • The vision is to have people from the CCGs to be in the corridors of power globally, shaping culture like Daniel and his friends.
  • The CCGs to be a structured guide or blueprint for people to shape their future.
  • To be an intersection of the church and the world for influence and impact in all sectors such as public sector, private sector, service, vocational, lifestyle, etc.

  • Target the unchurched and unsaved.
  • Feeder into the homogenous groups of the TCN centres.
  • Help to achieve the church growth vision of the TCN.
Impact to Individuals
  • Structured mentorships in different spheres of life - Business, family, career.
  • Building a mind map that aligns with peoples' individual journeys through life.
  • Building a community for support, friendships, networking and relationships.
  • Be outreach focused using events based on needs, location, etc. Be more strategic than the academic approach.

CCGs Structure.

Target memberships

  • Life path - career progressions, business growth, academic advancements, etc.
  • Age based - Demography e.g. Gen zs, senior citizens, etc.
  • Life events - marriage, loss, child bearing, etc.

Semester lifecycle

  • Life path - Semester based
  • Age based - Strategic outreaches
  • Life events - Till event passes and funnel into homogenous groups

Learning approach & Program design

  • Mentoring

  • Experiential via existing church groups - Covenant Capital, JBS, Cottage, etc.
  • Refine curriculum/content on global best practices
  • Inter-group collaboration and cross-pollination
  • Organize outreach events
  • Institute strong quality control systems to improve members experience

Admission criteria

  • Develop criteria for membership into the groups
  • Develop the criteria for leadership with the CCGs
  • All singles should be onboarded to the same groups across the CCGs

The Communities.

The community groups are currently divided into 8 major Faculties: Business, Corporate Professionals, Education, Entrepreneurs, Family, Health and Lifestyle, Governance, Tech and Creatives, The Diaspora.
Each stream anchors similar, yet different community groups tailored to various sets of people in order to fully achieve the purpose of the CCG as mentioned above. The CCGs are set up and scheduled to run for a period of 8-10 weeks which is typically referred to as a semester. The Covenant Community Groups now run 2 semesters in a year, one in each half of the year.
