The events industry is a multi-billion-naira sector and Nigerians are generally known for their social lives – we are happy people. This is a group for all players along the event ecosystem; including event and venue managers, location owners, providers of services including MCs/comperes, ushering, decorators, lighting, sound system, photo & video, rentals (chair, table, stage, etc.), catering & drinks, etc. The group cuts across individuals and registered businesses who are looking for opportunities to network, scale up their business, build a profitable relationship, and get a bigger pie from the multi-billion naira industry.


The Governor - Ayodeji Adu

Ayodeji Adu is a graduate of Economics from the premier University - University of Ibadan and holds an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University Ayodeji Adu currently works in the strategy and corporate development unit of one of the tier1 banks in Nigeria.

He has over sixteen years of work experience in the telecommunications and banking industry spanning Financial Control, Investor Relations, Customer Service, Marketing, Strategy and General Management. He is married to Joke Adu. He enjoys playing and watching soccer (an avid Arsenal fan), traveling, facilitating and spending.
